We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or by email:

• Name
• Email address
• Company (optional)
• Message content

We do not collect browsing data, we do not use cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. How we use your data

Exclusively to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to follow up on a business relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing, and we never sell or share it with third parties.

4. How the form is processed

The contact form is relayed by FormSubmit, which acts as a processor and delivers the message to our mailbox. The site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies and we do not store any information in your browser's local storage. The Portuguese and English versions of the site are separate pages — your language choice is simply the address you visit.

6. How long we keep your data

For as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and, where a business relationship exists, for its duration and any applicable legal retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to hello@lisbontechworks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.
